The Exiting of the United States from the United Nations

What amazing times we live in. We are witnessing things I never would have imagined just a few short years ago. It is the 23rd of January in 2017 and Donald J Trump was just inaugurated into office. His election was a major defeat over those who wish to create their “New World Order”. No, this is not a conspiracy, it is Bible Prophecy, and it is written on the back of your dollar bill; Novos Ordo Seclorum. Presidents and leaders began using the term frequently after the fall of the Berlin wall, and they have been anxiously building their New World Order with each passing year. This New World Order is a global government that has every intention of governing the entire world. It is most commonly recognized as the United Nations.

The United Nations was birthed after World War 2 in an effort to prevent a third global war that would almost certainly be even more deadly than the first two World Wars; or at least that is what claim. For decades, politicians around the world have been etching away at national sovereignty and giving their power to the United Nations. The world was beginning to feel the results of these policies as jobs were shipped overseas, migrants flooded their countries bringing hostile religious beliefs, and people found it increasingly difficult to provide for their families. This lead to the people taking a stand against this shift of power as they began to recognize the benefits of nationalism.

The Brexit was one of the first major victories, and it truly was an amazing thing to witness. Great Britain took a vote in a referendum to leave the European Union. The polls, even as of the morning of the vote, showed that there was no way that the vote was going to pass. But it did. And it took the world by surprise. A mere five months after the Brexit vote, Americans took to the voting booths and voted in an outspoken opponent of globalism. Again, the polls showed that there was no path to victory. But He won. And again, it shocked the world. It appears that we are witnessing the beginning of the rise of populism and it is threatening the New World Order.

The election of Donald Trump has proven to be a thorn in the side of the globalists, those who believe in a one-world government. After his historic win, many people wondered what Obama might do in his last days in office to deter Trump’s agenda. When the focus of president Obama, John Kerry and the United Nations began to be directed towards the Israeli-Palestinian peace issue, there was much speculation about what would happen. People began to fear that Obama would take one last jab at Israel. Indeed, that’s exactly what happened.

On December 23rd, 2016 UN Resolution 2334 was passed making it illegal for Israel to build anymore settlements past the 1967 lines. In 1967, Israel was attacked by its neighbors in an effort to destroy the tiny nation. Miraculously, Israel not only survived, it actually captured territory in the process. The territory that was captured was previously being occupied by Jordan, which was used by the occupiers to launch its attack against Israel. Israel, in an effort to prevent such an attack again maintained control of the territory. As part of the ongoing effort to get a peace treaty between the Palestinians and the Israeli’s, most effort is directed towards the two-state solution which would take the land occupied since 1967 by Israel, and give it to the Palestinians.

Resolution 2334 was a strong condemnation, and a major violation of the friendship that Israel and the United States has maintained for so long. This resolution has major prophetic significance, which I have already discussed in another article. One of the things resulting from this resolution was a call by numerous house republicans to withdraw funding from the United Nations, or to even leave the United Nations completely. I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing.

For around two years, I have been suspecting that the United States would leave the United Nations because of what I saw in Bible prophecy. I just could not seem to find a likely scenario that would prompt such an outcome. I vocalized this belief to my friends and family, and kept it in the back of my mind when studying current events. Suddenly, there were multiple calls for just that. All over the internet, articles started popping up about the United States leaving the United Nations, or withdrawing support as the result of UN Resolution 2334.

You’re probably asking yourself at this point, “where is the evidence of this in the Bible?” Let’s get to it. In the Book of Daniel chapter 7, Daniel has a dream of several beasts.

1 In the first year of Belshazzar king of Babylon, Daniel had a dream, and visions passed through his mind as he was lying in bed. He wrote down the substance of his dream. 2Daniel said: “In my vision at night I looked, and there before me were the four winds of heaven churning up the great sea. 3Four great beasts, each different from the others, came up out of the sea. 4“The first was like a lion, and it had the wings of an eagle. I watched until its wings were torn off and it was lifted from the ground so that it stood on two feet like a human being, and the mind of a human was given to it. 5“And there before me was a second beast, which looked like a bear. It was raised up on one of its sides, and it had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth. It was told, ‘Get up and eat your fill of flesh!’6 “After that, I looked, and there before me was another beast, one that looked like a leopard. And on its back it had four wings like those of a bird. This beast had four heads, and it was given authority to rule.

As we can see, the first is a lion with eagle’s wings, the second is a bear, and the third is a leopard with the wings of a fowl. There is a fourth beast that goes beyond the scope of this article as well, which represents the kingdom of the anti-Christ just before the return of Jesus. Daniel had no idea what he was witnessing, so he asked the angel giving him the vision what it meant. The angel in Daniel 7:17 informed him that the beasts were kings [kingdoms] that would arise.

These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth. - Daniel 7:17

In Daniel 12:4, an angel tells Daniel to seal up the book until the time of the end.

But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. – Daniel 12:4

In other words, the book would not be able to be understood until the end times.

Understanding that these beasts represent nations, can we make any sense of this prophecy? Absolutely. It is very common for nations to be represented by animals, or beasts. Are there any nations on earth that have the symbols in this prophecy? Yes. Let’s start with the first, the lion with eagle’s wings.

Virtually everyone knows that the symbol of the United States is the Eagle, and many people will recognize the lion as the symbol of Great Britain. In Daniel 7:4, Daniel sees the wings of the eagle plucked off of the lion, and made to stand on its own feet. In other words, it became its own nation. What is extremely interesting about this is that on July 4th, 1776 we signed the declaration of independence which declared our independence from the United Kingdom. So on July 4th (7/4), America (The Eagle) was broken off from Great Britain (The Lion) as we saw in Daniel 7:4 (7/4). It is an exact description of the birth of America to the day. That covers the lion with the eagle’s wings, what about the next; the bear?

Most everyone has heard of the Russian bear. It is in the news frequently, and has even graced the cover of Time magazine in its October 27, 1980 issue title “Will It Explode”? The bear is also frequently used in political cartoons to represent Russia.

Finally, we have the third beast; the leopard with four wings of a fowl and four heads. The unofficial animal symbol of Germany is a leopard. In fact, Germany’s well known tank is even called the leopard tank. The symbol of France is a rooster which is a fowl. Interestingly, the Franco-German relationship is well known today, and they are sometimes referred to as the “twin engines” or “core countries” pushing for moves in the EU according to Wikipedia. What about the four heads?

In Bible prophecy, the number of heads on a beast is the number of times that it will come into power. Germany has come to power three times so far, and is currently working on the fourth. We are all familiar with Hitler’s third reich, and many speculate that Germany’s 4th reich is just around the corner with its economic power and dominance growing daily.

If the beasts represent the nations indicated above, is there any significance to these nations? Yes. The United Nations has a special group of five permanent member nations with special veto power. There are an additional ten rotating members that change every two year. The five permanent members have the ability to veto any resolution. If any of the five member veto a bill it is dead in the water and cannot pass. The five permanent members are the United States, Great Britain, France, Russia and China. Out of the four animal symbols (nations) in Daniel’s vision, all four are permanent members of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) which makes them the most powerful nations in the United Nations. Coincidence? I don’t think so.

Is there anywhere else that we see these beats in Bible Prophecy? Yes, in Revelation 12 and 13 these same symbols are seen again in yet another end-time context. Revelation 13:1-3 reads:

1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. 2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority. 3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

As we can see, these same animal symbols appear again, but this time they are united into a single beast. If the beasts represent nations, and they are united into a single beast with their clearly separate body parts, is there anything like this on earth now? Yes, the United Nations. Each of these animal symbols belongs to the UNSC security council as we mentioned above. Clearly there is some significance to this. However, it is important to recognize there is an animal that is missing – the eagle. Where did the eagle go? Why is the eagle not part of this beast? Lets flip over to Revelation 12 for our answer. Revelation 12:1-14 reads:

1 And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: 2 And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. 3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 4 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. 5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. 6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. 7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. 10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. 12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. 13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. 14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.

The woman in this vision represents the nation of Israel, and the man-child was Jesus Christ. The man-child being caught up to heaven is an image of when Jesus Christ was resurrected and was taken up in the clouds. The woman flying into her place for a time, times and half a time represents the 3.5 year period of the great tribulation just before the return of Jesus Christ. Notice in Revelation 12:14 we see that the woman was given two wings of a great eagle that she would be nourished from the face of the serpent. So here, we see the eagle that was present in Daniel 7 but missing from Revelation 13.

As we can see, the eagle is not part of the World-governing beast from Revelation 13, instead it is protecting Israel in Revelation 12. Who is Israel’s closest ally today? The United States – the eagle. As we can see, the stage has been set for the fulfillment of both of these prophecies. What has always stuck out to me though is that the eagle was not part of the United Beast, but we are currently part of the United Nations. Because of this, I came to the conclusion that something must happen that would cause us to leave the United Nations as mentioned above. I was having a hard time envisioning a scenario that would cause the United States to leave the United Nations. Until recently.

The election of Donald Trump, and the success of the Brexit seems to indicate that people are pulling away from globalism. For decades, our politicians have been moving towards globalism and away from nationalist. When Donald Trump began running for president and started coming out so strongly against globalism, I knew he had to win because it made sense prophetically. I wrote an article 6 months before the election making this prediction, but I originally came to my conclusion before he was even the nominee because I knew at some point the US would have to leave the UN.

Donald Trump’s victory set the stage because it promoted Obama to take drastic measures at the UN that would be difficult for Trump to undo after he was inaugurated. When the US abstained from UNSC Resolution 2334, the perfect storm for getting the US out of the UN. We have a president who dislikes the UN and globalism, a nation who voted for him because of his stance against globalism, and politicians who are pushing to withdraw from the UN because of the resolution against Israel. Astounding!

From my understanding, Bible prophecy seems to indicate that the United States will either withdraw from the United Nations, or at minimum, will not cooperate with their agenda. We are seeing the stage be set for the fulfillment of these prophecies. Keep your eye on the news, because I am expecting to see some major developments on this in the very near future.
